Practices are held at the Mission Leisure Center located at 7650 Grand St in the North skating rink.
Tuesdays: Junior Group – Warm up 4:00, on ice 4:30-5:30
Senior Group – Warm up 4:45, on ice – 5:15-6:15
Thursdays: Junior Group – Warm up 4:00, on ice 4:30-5:30
Senior Group – Warm up 4:45, on ice 5:15-6:45
